• Donation: Voluntary contribution without any exchange of goods or services.

Donations

All donations made to the Mandali are non-refundable. However, in cases of error (such as duplicate transactions or incorrect amounts), refund requests will be honored under the following conditions:

• Request must be made within 7 working days of the transaction date.
• Requests should be emailed to info@saptbm.org with proof of payment.
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment after internal verification.

Note: Tax exemption under Section 12A or 80G is currently not available. We do not promise or extend any tax benefit to donors at this time.

Order Cancellations (Goods Only)

You may cancel any physical product order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Contact us via:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned goods in unused and original condition.

Return Conditions

Returned goods must meet the following conditions:

• Purchased within the last 14 days
• Unused and in original packaging
• Not custom-made, perishable, hygiene-related (unsealed), or mixed with other items

Returns not meeting the above conditions may be refused at our discretion.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you may receive a gift credit upon return. If the item was not marked as a gift, or was gifted later by the buyer, the refund will be issued to the buyer.
